Robert Cameron (Bob) Bye is the owner and CEO of Benefit Services LLC, which is our multi-state benefits and life insurance practice that works with banks, mid-size corporations, and ESOP companies. He specializes in providing executive benefit plans for CEOs, top management, and board members, and has worked with corporations, banks and ESOP companies since the 1990’s.
While planning benefits for executives and CEOs is his mainstay, Bob also provides funding arrangements with bank-owned life insurance and corporate-owned life insurance, and investments. He is a specialist in handling employee group benefits for companies with 500 or more employees. Having dealt for many years with mid-size corporations and banks, Bob has the experience needed. He will ensure your employment benefits work for your particular company. He also makes sure that the plans are responsive to executive and employee needs and grow with the company over time.

When not in the office, Bob has taken time to speak at several national ESOP and NCEO meetings in Las, Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco, Portland, Minneapolis, and Washington, DC. Bob is also a member of the ESOP Association, NCEO, AALU, The Virginia Association of Community Banks, the Virginia Bankers Association and the Estate Planning Council.
